1. Service Description

Grid Reminder provides a grid-style layout for reminders. Features and content may change without prior notice.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

2.1 Subscription plan

  • Ads Off: $1.99 per year

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing cycle.

2.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period. The renewal is charged at the same price as the initial subscription.

2.3 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The app and its contents, including logos, text, images, and code, are the property of takaaki024 or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or redistribution is prohibited.

4. Prohibited Activities

  • Activities that violate laws or public order and morals
  • Harassment, defamation, or causing inconvenience to others
  • Unauthorized access to or modification of the app

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided “as is” without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

The developer assumes no liability for damages resulting from the use of the app, including data loss or loss of profits.
